Organizational theory is strongely concerned with the relationship between organizations and their environment. The effects of those relationships and how organizations affect the distribution of privilege in society. This kind of theory may help a company to have a stronger performance level. Organizational theory is trying to analyze the dynamics of a business. Classical theory is one approach which discusses how to divide professional tasks. There is also the division of labor, and how people work with each and every division. There is included the aspect of motivation, employees perform their job duty which has a correlation with the guidance of a motivated labor force. There is the matter of competency and learning, also there is the example of performance among individuals and how this could be evaluated. There is a separation and a developing process which has also been involved. The concept of an organizational theory has constantly been developing as industries started to grow during the 19th century. There is also a certain culture within a company included in the structuring model, this kind of structure could possibly affect the working climate. The division of labor is the separation of tasks so that individuals could perform at each and every form of level.
